Types of Classes. What You Can Expect

Group Hall Courses & Online Classes
In 6 or 7 week block courses (payable in full)

Attendees will learn and progress together

Cost:

Beginners - 45 minutes 

Hall only = £80 per 6 week course

Intermediate and Advanced - 50 minutes

Hall, Live Online & Recording = £78 per 6 week course / £91 per 7 week course (£13 per week)

Live Online & Recording = £60 per 6 week course / £70 per 7 week course (£10 per week)


Payable in full in advance of the course starting

Personal 1-2-1 Tuition
Initially each client has a personal consultation, which includes a full Postural analysis of the spine, shoulders, limbs etc, then a tailor-made programme and file of information and specific exercises will be yours. The times on this can vary from 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes. Thereafter each session lasts 1 hour.

Cost:
£95 for the initial consultation and full assessment
From £70 per hour thereafter (dependent on location)
£10 per additional person

Prices and dates are subject to change without warning

Cancellation Policy: 48 hours notice must be given or the full cost will be charged

Class Terms and Conditions

  • All courses must be booked and fully paid for in advance.
  • You are booked onto a specific day and time each week. If you are unable to make that class I offer courtesy catch up classes where possible. These are not guaranteed and you must give at least 24 hours notice.
  • No refunds/discounts for missed classes.
  • A maximum 2 sessions may be carried over to the next course, providing prior notice is given and you have booked onto the next course.
  • Cancellation Policy: 48 hours notice must be given or the full cost will be charged.
  • You must notify me of any health changes, illness or injury. 
  • If due to severe weather conditions or personal emergencies, the class may be cancelled at short notice without reimbursement. An additional class will be offered.

Online Class Disclaimer

  • By taking part in an online Pilates 1-2-1 or group class, you fully understand and agree to take responsibility for your own body; you agree not to perform any exercises or movements that may cause you discomfort; and you confirm that you are fit and able to join the class. You must ensure that you are working in a safe environment and that you are able to clearly see and/or hear your teacher in order to follow instructions. It is your responsibility to let the teacher know before class if anything affects your ability to exercise that day. By joining the class you automatically agree to waive all statutory rights against your teacher.
  • This class is not intended to diagnose any illness or injury. It is for educational purposes only. You are choosing to do any exercises at your own risk. 
  • Not every exercise is safe for every person. Correct execution of all exercises is imperative to prevent injury. Consult a healthcare professional if you have any queries. You are responsible for yourself and will not hold Maria Coulter liable for any illness or injury.
